This is my second purchase from them and I can't believe the AMAZING customer service that they continue to provide!! The staff here are amazing and do not pressure you into a purchase! I feel that they are fair with their prices and do not mark the cars up ridiculously like big dealerships! They are honest and that is very important to me, trusting someone especially when making a big purchase! Mike the finance manager is great at finding you a loan and will work hard to find the lowest interest rate for his customers. Believe me they make you feel so comfortable when you shop there and even through the financing part too, never feeling intimidated to ask questions! They don't play those games most big dealerships do and some of those other small dealerships. I am so pleased with their customer service and have no regrets on my second purchase! I've been shopping around for my next big purchase for a while now and I'm glad that I decided to give this dealer my business again!

Let me just say that Voyager Auto Sales is a great dealership with Awesome customer service. Mike and Dave really helped me out deciding and purchasing my car. If you're a college student looking to find a vehicle within a budget, but at the same time you need a car with good mileage for school and work then surely look here! They make it easy for you, just jump on their website and you'd know what I mean.

Best experience I've had with a used car dealership! I moved to Kaua'i recently and needed a good used 4WD vehicle and didn't have much luck with the limited inventory on the island. My co-workers told me a lot of people ship vehicles from Oahu, so while skeptical of this foreign concept of buying a car sight-unseen and undriven, I thought I'd look, and happened to stumble across a nice 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 4WD they had for sale. Mike, my contact at the dealership, was amazing! He was honest and answered every question and even walk around the vehicle and sent pictures to my husband in Indiana of some small wear and tear that he found so we would know exactly what we were buying and emailed us the carfax report. We did have to wait for a recall repair to be completed that was discovered, but no big deal. Now, being so new to Hawai'i in general, and without my husband, the whole shipping, safety inspection, and new registration seemed very daunting, but after hearing my questions and concerns, Mike took care of it all, at no additional cost! Talk about above and beyond. And with the hurricane passing by, he keep us informed of any changes in shipping. Highly recommend!

I found the ad on Craigslist. I have been looking for just the right MINI for awhile now. Living on Maui I was hoping this would work out I just wasn't finding much here. I saw many photos of the MINI and called Mike. I decided to put the deposit down and my husband took a flight over to look at the car in person. The car was in really nice condition. They took care of the process of getting the MINI shipped to us . We picked the car up a week latter . I LOVE MY MINI :)

I cannot say enough about my positive experience at Voyager!  Came last minute, a few hours prior to closing.  When I arrived, both Dave and Mike greeted me and the car I was interested in was waiting up front.  The car was as advertised online and was in good condition, taking into consideration that it was used.  Dave and I took it for a test drive and it ran well, so I decided to go further with the process.  In the interest of time, I won't go into the details of closing the deal.  However, with no hassle or "nickel and diming", we came to a price that was reasonable and fair in all aspects.  They even accepted my trade-in, that in short "had seen better days."  The process in whole took about 2 hours, but most of that was due to my financial institution.  I signed the documents, was handed the keys and didn't have that mental exhaustion feeling I have experienced in the past with other vehicle purchasing "battles."  I made sure to extend my gratitude by shaking both of their hands and letting them know how appreciative I truly was.  By the time I was ready to leave, it was raining pretty hard and out of nowhere, Mike handed me an umbrella that he had just purchased and said for me to keep it.  That is just another example of how they treat you like a person and not a transaction.  I do and will highly recommend anyone to bring their business to Voyager.

I was so terrified to buy another car I kept putting it off until I was stranded.   Silly me!  If I had known how gentle and gracious the experience was going to be?  I would have replaced my car much sooner.   Clean, exceptionally low mileage autos are what you will find here - along with the two most gracious and non "car salesman" gentleman you could ever ask for.   No uncomfortable haggling or begging.  In fact?   They helped me do it all - and not once did I feel anything but gratitude for their efforts - which were ALL about find the right car for what I needed.   So awesome - will have them do all my cars now!
